For what it’s worth, I was born in Edmonton and moved back there for a summer and a winter when I was 18, and that summer was the hottest I’ve ever experienced in my life. I couldn’t handle it, and I relished the -25ºc winter when it came. Never again. (Then again I am a weakling when it comes to heat, so your mileage may vary!)
My boyfriend Dennis is 6’2″ with a 34″ waist like Dave, but he wears medium-sized underwear. Not sure if that helps you out, but hey, more data!
I have some questions for you two, and I’ll likely have more in the future! Here are my first few:
1. Are there any two celebrities or other famous people who you always get mixed up in your head? For example, I always get the names of these celebrities mixed up: Michael Keaton/Val Kilmer (Batmans, oi), Topher Grace/Tobey McGuire, etc. I know who I’m talking about, but there’s a crossed wire in my brain that means I usually say the wrong name. (Maybe this is just a thing for me, as I often get words mixed up, but thought I’d ask!)
2. What’s your least favourite Canadian stereotype and why? Your favourite?
3. Babar or Rupert the Bear?
4. What’s your favourite marsupial? (Mine are numbats!)
5. What’s the latest computer game you’ve played that you’ve enjoyed and would recommend to anyone?
6. What motivates you to keep working on creative things (writing, drawing, etc.) when your brain just can’t be arsed anymore?
7. What’s one artistic medium you’d like to try or do more of?
8. If you could be a guest on any podcast in the world which one would it be and why?
9. If you could be a guest on any comedy/sketch show in the world, which one would it be and why?
