Hello, fellows Sneakers. We hope you’re past last week’s disappointing sound quality. Woof! That was pretty awful. But everything is back to normal this week – except Ian is feeling a little put out and is more than a little suspicious of Dave. Also on the show: you’ve heard of gravy boats, right? (Because Ian thinks you haven’t); Dave attended former guest of the show David M’s final farewell concert as he bid goodbye to the music business; Dave opines that there should be more old-fashioned movie theatres and less churches; they discuss religious films; Ian confesses that he is really tired (Dave excepts his apology on your behalf); Ian is mad at Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.; can you name all the members of the band Loverboy? Because Dave and Ian can; they’re both anticipating the new Captain America films; Ian will be a guest on some future podcasts, but doesn’t think people want to be guests on Sneaky Dragon (he has a point); Dave and his wife went with former guest of the show Vicky Van to see a movie in the States, which is weird? Apparently. The movie was weird too; finally, Dave continues in his anti-church vein and rags on rock’n’roll churches and the very idea of Christian performers. I mean, come on, guys, Christian ventriloquists??? That’s all kinds of wrong.
Thanks for listening!
