They also create a tribute drink called Cosmo’s Moon. Here’s how to make it:
- Fill a tumbler glass half full with Port
- Add an equal amount of Prosecco
- Garnish with bread
The producer’s wife said it was thick, heady and very good. The bread is actually what brings the drink together. It was a winner.
