- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon if you’re making it at home – 3 oz if you’re on a train
- Honey Simple Syrup (one part honey to one part water, heated until dissolved) to taste
- A squeeze of lemon
- Serve over crushed iced, stir, pop in a straw and start narrating your regrets
